Job Requirements
Master’s degree or above, with experience in perovskite solar cell research and development.
Strong capability in technological innovation and R&D; good understanding of perovskite solar cells and thin-film photovoltaic technologies, with forward-looking insight into industry trends.
Experience in tandem (dual-junction) solar cell R&D is preferred; strong passion for perovskite solar cell research.
Able to read and understand English technical literature fluently.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct experimental work including perovskite solar cell fabrication, process optimization, performance characterization, and data analysis.
Responsible for the design, development, and testing of perovskite solar modules; experience with laser processing or module R&D is a plus.
Participate in the design, optimization, and commissioning of pilot-scale production lines for perovskite solar cells.
Draft and prepare patent applications.
Responsible for equipment and consumables procurement and maintenance, including budget applications, supplier communication, and follow-up service coordination.

Operate equipment such as laminators and film applicators to conduct project-related experiments.
Record experimental procedures and results in detail.
Maintain and manage laboratory equipment on a daily basis.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements
College degree or above, with foundational knowledge in electronics, mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, or automation.
Possess an electrician certificate; strong hands-on ability; over 5 years of relevant experience with good teamwork skills.
Familiar with electrical systems, electrical schematics, PLC control principles, inverters, servo and stepper systems.
Experience with vacuum coating equipment is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for daily maintenance and servicing of facility systems, including power distribution, central air-conditioning, compressed air systems, purified water systems, and wastewater/exhaust treatment systems.
Maintain, service, and repair production equipment such as vacuum coating machines, screen printing machines, laser cutting machines, ultrasonic equipment, and others.
Handle secondary wiring, installation, commissioning, and safety validation for new equipment; prepare equipment safety operation manuals.
Draft various equipment SOP documents, maintenance procedures, and inspection/maintenance checklists.
Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
